The procedures for conducting the online New Student Admission Ceremony are as follows:
- Implementation of the New Student Admission Ceremony and Welcoming Participants of the Independent Student Exchange Program using the ZOOM Meeting media/application.

- Students are requested to log in via the Zoom application 40 minutes before the event starts by using the following ID:
- New Student : Study_Name
- Inbound Student : University_Name
- Outbound Student : NIM_Name
- Participants of the ceremony are required to fill in the attendance form via the link https://tinyurl.com/PresensiPMB.
- Rules of dress for new PSDKU and Vocational students :
- Students wear white tops, black bottoms.
- Students wear white tops, black bottoms, hijabs to match.
- Rules of dress for PMM Program participants :
- Students wear alma mater coats, white tops and black bottoms.
- Female students wear alma mater coats, white tops, black bottoms, hijabs to match.
